I have received the indicated band uniform items from Winnetonka High School and
know that I am now responsible for maintaining and keeping these items in good
condition. I understand that I am financially responsible for all costs
associated with Loss, Damage or Neglect to these items while in my care.
Marching Uniforms must be returned “DRY CLEANED” within TEN SCHOOL
DAYS of the last home football game of the current school year. Concert
Uniforms must be returned “DRY CLEANED” within SEVEN SCHOOL DAYS
after the spring band concert. Concert Uniforms will not be issued until all
parts of the Marching Uniform have been returned. Late returns may affect
graduation, transfer of records or enrollment. After “DRY CLEANING,”
please leave the uniform in the dry cleaning bag with the receipt attached.
